Biography
Sage Hills who live in the place called “where the rivers meet”, Kamloops BC. Known as the gathering place, home to many different cultures, traditions and heritage. This CD is dedicated to all of our Mothers, with our traditional straight singing style and our contemporary drumming, we hope you enjoy. These songs and bring you the urge to dance. Since our first CD, we have Traveled as far as Toronto, Ontario (2005), Saskatoon, Saskatchewan and Washington State (2006) to Pow wow. We gather to sing regularly and also wish to thank Kamloops Indian Band for providing a space for the group and the families who attend. It has been a fulfilling journey since our formation four years ago, with many performances, pow wows, meeting of new people, and sharing of our songs for the dancers.
