Biography

YOZA was a four piece "Rez-Billy Rockin' Band"....they are now five piece! Originally formed in 2002 as a Rock N' Roll & Blues band, they were content on playing cover tunes for their first three years.

Under the direction of Dennis Meeches and Dreamland Studio producer Craig Fotheringham, YOZA released their first ever self-penned CD "Good to Go". Riding high with their first single release "Thunderbird Sings" on the Aboriginal radio network, YOZA is ready to tackle the performance circuit.

Consisting of Dennis Meeches - Lead Vocals, T.J. Murdock - Lead Guitar, Paul Myran - Rhythm / Acoustic Guitars, Ken Daniels - Drums and the new kid on Bass, Robert Bone.

Their style can best be summed up as a cross of Rez-Billy, Rock, Blues and traditional chants and melodies. Put all together, you get a fast paced album with killer guitar licks, soulful chants and foot-stomping melodies. Dennis and the boys are available for most types of functions and showcases.
